for racing you could try "Need for Speed III Hot Pursuit" for FPS games try "Quake III arena & team arena" "Quake IV" as well

try "Street Fighter" for fighting ones

for playstation 1 try Parasite Eve and Parasite Eve 2

By pc games do you mean games that you buy or ones that you play online? If you mean the ones you buy in stores I don't know any good ones. I know that Zuma is cool but I don't know if it works on vista.

Fable:The lost chapters and Grand Theft Auto:San Andreas are the best I've play.And maybe World of Warcraft/Warcraft 3

you HAVE to play Sam and Max, Day of the Tentacle and Lemmings. Nothing will ever beat the awesomeness that are those three games.
Otherwise you could try Mafia. I bought a copy for $10. It's like GTA except a better plot, and tougher rules: I think that there wasn't any auto-aim and the police bust you for having a gun out in public, speeding, running a red light. It's got the proper 1930's rules and regulations, and it's one of my favourite games of all time. And I've heard they're making a sequel.
