ok first off
I got some camo face paint, WOO! (now I can hide in forest areas and scare people :D)

I have gone to hockey school four time so far, they have suggested to me that I get some gear to protect myself, I am yet to get injured there so I don't know why I should but they have twisted my arm enough
so I got myself some gear from seven hills.

I left my place at 11:00am or somewhere near that time then caught a bus to bankstown, caught a train from bankstown to lidcombe, swap a train at lidcombe to another one that gets me to seven hills, then it was a 2km walk from the station to the shop called "Hockey Heaven".
it wasn't a big store but the size of an electronic store (you know the ones that sells LED lights and and other little bits and pieces, like Jayco electronic store or something)
the workers there was good and what was great about it was they knew what they were talking about and not trying to rip you off
I got a hockey stick, helmet, shin guards, shoulder pads, elbow pads, plain black jersey, gloves and socks (these are the one you place on your feet, they go over your shinguards). they threw in the socks and a roll of tape for free
so I bought all the protective gear i need except for pants, I am going to get them later.
Tell you what thought tis stuff is bulky but light.
then when I walked to macca's (Mcdonalds) not that far from the shop, sat there and ate some food the check the time it was 3:00pm
then I found out there was a bus that goes to and from the station so that was lucky as I had bunch of stuff
went to the station caught nthe train back then a bus home by that time it was about 5:00-6:00pm and pitch black
I have used the stuff in hockey recently
it is not as warm as what I would usually wear to skating, I guess I'll get use to it
EDIT: I just got my Ice hockey pants today! yay go me! *does happy dance*
